Visit happened 1.5 years ago, my budgie passed on within 72 hours after vet visit. While the clinic left a detailed explanation with probable reasons on what caused my budgie's death, the reasons were pointed towards other factors that imply is not clinic's prescription that caused the death. Some medications were still new. Regretted to have brought my budgie to this vet clinic.

Dr Kenneth diagnosed what was wrong with my cat in an instant. His experience and expertise made us feel at ease knowing that my cat will be taken cared of. We received daily late morning updates from the team about him post procedure, and they followed up every other day to ensure that my cat is properly recovering after we took him back home. Thanks again Dr Kenneth and the team!

My lovebird (lost all her tail feathers and skin was raw with slight blood) was seen by Dr Yvonne who explained patiently and thoroughly. After 3 weeks of oral medications and multi vits, my lovebird is so much better and tail feathers are seen growing back. Thanks to Dr Amadea who took the extra mile to ensure avian vet was in when I was on the way rushing to the clinic before it closes for the afternoon break.

A very big thank you to Dr Alex for saving my very old Syrian hamster (coming to 3 yrs old), McFlurry! He suffered from some gastro issues and his tummy was huge and can no longer move, eat and drink. I thought I am going to lose him very soon. Thank you to Dr Alex's patient explanation and detailed checking of McFlurry! With the right treatment plan and medicine, McFlurry started moving after 1 dose of medicine. Now he is happily eating and drinking on his own. Thanks AAVC!

Have been visiting this vet since i got my dogs like 1mths old. Dr Kenneth has been always so ready to explain and patiently answer n address your concerns n worries. Always only give what is needed and not make u do unnecessary things. Been good 12yrs seeing this vet. Please thank Dr Kenneth for me. He really comforted me with the visit today. Been a extremely difficult weeks for me ever since i got the news on Cody. He made me feel so assured to manage Cody till what comes may.
